Since my early thirties I’ve tried to incorporate some sort of exercise into my life as a way to stay in shape and have the best quality of life possible. I tried strength training on my own, hot yoga classes, running, group fitness, and just prior to working with Sandy I spent about 6 months regularly attending a crossfit gym. While all of these activities were beneficial, I was never able to achieve the lean, sculpted body I was looking for. I was in my mid 40’s and wanted to approach the next phase of my life as strong and healthy as possible. I decided to contact Sandy and I can honestly say that decision was one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself.
Sandy’s program was straightforward and easy to follow. My training appointments were something I truly looked forward to every week. Sandy taught me so much about proper form, mixing things up, and using the correct weight for my goals. Her meal plans were always well thought out and I never had the feeling of being deprived. If fact, I was probably eating more than I had before. I started seeing results right away and for the first time in my life I felt like all of the pieces of a healthy lifestyle were coming together. My nutrition, cardio, proper weight training, and supplements all made sense.
What I’ve learned from Sandy is not a 12 -week diet but a realistic lifestyle that I hope to maintain for the rest of my life. I feel stronger not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I have more energy, I feel better about myself and working with Sandy has brought nothing but positive changes to my life. Having accountability was key for me and it was an absolute pleasure to work with Sandy. She is one of the most positive, genuine women I know and her guidance and support have been invaluable to me. She is an inspiration because she lives what she teaches and she’s the fittest, healthiest 50 year old I know! Thank You so much Sandy, you’re the best!
Valynn lost 12.3% body fat, 17 inches overall and 10 lbs. Just goes to show that body sculpting has more to do with body fat vs the number on the scale.
