GOLD PACKAGE - 6 MONTH PROGRAM - 2 DAYS A WEEK PERSONAL ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING, NUTRITION, MIND SET TOOLS PLUS ONLINE TRAINING
You get all that is listed in the Platinum except this is a 2 day a week training program. Program includes:
Private weight training in my beautiful home gym studio 2 times per week where I can give you personalized attention.
Includes monthly online training program. You will workout 2 days with me, and then complete your workouts 2-3 days a week on your own.
This program is for someone that is able to train partly on their own at home or at the gym 2-3 days a week in addition to extra support and guidance training with me twice a week.
