Hey, Sandy Hancock here, your Certified personal fitness coach, weight-loss expert, trainer, and mentor.

One of the things I hear the most from women is their desire to Lose Belly Fat, be Fit, Strong and Sexy. I totally hear ya. I’ve been where you are and I want to share my secrets with you. I don’t want you hiding behind big baggie clothes or feeling ashamed to wear a swimsuit!

A little about me. About 20 years ago I decided to lift some weights and step on stage in a bikini. Little did I know I would go on to win over 20 trophies and not only transform my body but also who I am on the inside. I gained self-confidence and became empowered to become an entrepreneur.

During my 15 year competition career I was also a competition coach, and coached some pretty amazing women. Sculpting their best physiques, polishing the presentation, the walk, the competition suit, hair & makeup to shine on their special day. Competing and coaching at this high-level sport provided hands-on knowledge in what it takes to create the best physique possible, in the shortness amount of time.

Now, I specialize in sculpting the bodies of professional businesswomen, pageant contestants, professional dancers and moms from all walks of life. AND I’m the creator of Fit & Ageless group Membership & Course, a step-by-step weight loss program for women.

I want you to know, I have been where you are today. Can I really change my body?

The Fit & Ageless Membership and Course is a year membership, and YES you can make significant changes in a year. However, if you have additional weight to lose after completing the challenge – or if you want to continue to sculpt your ultimate body afterwards – you can continue accessing the materials and new content as long as you are a monthly member. My ultimate long term goal is to provide you with the skills to be able to make better choices everyday so that Fit & Ageless becomes more of a lifestyle.

Does the program include menu plans?

YES! Not only that, but you’ll also get tons of easy to prepare nutritiously delicious recipes & shopping lists. Just follow the plan, enjoy the meals and watch the fat melt off your body! You will become a pro at knowing how to plan and prepare delicious meals with all the right macros. After all our bodies aren't just sculpted in the gym, the kitchen is 80% of the work. This program teaches you how to be responsible for your own meals...for life!

How will I know the program is working for me?

Well, apart from your friends & family commenting on how fabulous you are looking, the program includes a google nightly checkin form, or tracking sheets that help hold you accountable. These tools provide weekly progress reports so you know you are progressing and getting results. It can be easy to forget all your hard work, these tools will help remind you how far you have come and how much you have achieved. 

How fast will I see results?

You’ll start looking and feeling better almost instantly since you’ll be eating full flavored, satisfying and highly nutritious foods, keeping yourself well-hydrated and exercising (which boosts your energy during the day while helping you sleep better at night). In a matter of days your body will start shedding its excess water retention and will go into fat-burning mode. And while individual results vary, most people start seeing visible results within a week and the longer you continue the more significant the results! But remember, long lasting results come from creating a lifestyle of exercise and eating nutritionally whole foods. That’s what this program is all about. 

How are the Workouts delivered?

The Fit & Ageless Course includes easy to follow exercise guideline sheets so you know exactly what exercises to do. You can print them out for tracking your weight and reps or these user friendly templates can be updated right from your complete or phone.

Also, included in your program is an exercise video library with 100’s of full instructional videos. These videos will show you exactly how to do each exercise to make sure you are gaining the maximum effect with proper form and technique. All gym levels are included from beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Also, included are at home workouts and travel workouts. 

How much time each day Will I need to apply myself?

Plan for about 60 minutes, 3-5 days per week, depending on your fitness level.

We are all very busy. We have family, jobs and other commitments. Sometimes we give so much to everyone else around us and we forget about ourselves. Then what happens is we feel unfulfilled, unhealthy, overweight, depressed and not able to be the positive influence to our children and others around us to lead a healthy lifestyle. It’s our responsibility as women to our children and community to step up, take action and stop the bad influences around us that encourage unhealthy habits by choosing fast foods and being sedentary. This all starts with YOU! You have a choice what you do with your time. Let me teach and help you make those changes. When you start the Fit & Ageless Course you also get a private individual Skype call with me so you start off your program on the right foot. If you feel you need additional support you can always contact me to set up an additional support call.

When can I start? 

Anytime doors are open for enrollment! The Fit & Ageless Course is set up so I can support those who have joined the course. Therefore, doors will only be open twice a year. I want to give all my attention to those that have joined to make sure they are successful on their journey.

I travel quite a bit. How am I going to do the workouts?

The beauty of the Fit & Ageless workouts is that I’ve included travel exercise plans for you. These require little to no equipment & you can do them in a minimal amount of space. Also, there are detailed guideline sheets to help walk you through each exercise that you can print out & take with you.

What kind of support do I receive during the program?

When you join I will send you access to my personal calendar to set up your initial one time personal 60 minute Skype call. You will also have access to the private Facebook Membership Group. Here you will find other women just like you who are on the same journey, get support, and share and receive boosts of encouragement.

There will be 6 Q&A Group Hotseat Zoom Calls with me for additional support and connection.
