Here are five things you can start to say to yourself to shift your thought process to one of achievement and growth.

  1. I am creating my life by taking action. I AM responsible for the outcome of my life.
  2. I look at my obstacles as opportunities to find success
  3. I am laying out a strong foundation for long-term growth and lifestyle. This starts with what I do daily.
  4. I focus on improving and becoming my best self, and not comparing myself to others. Consume yourself with information about personal growth.
  5. I am focused on my long-term goals over instant gratification. Saying NO to instant gratification will get me to my goal at an accelerated pace.

Write these down and put them on your fridge, bathroom mirror, work station, car and in your purse. You deserve the best life ever, but it is up to you!
