Hello everyone, I have been working extremely hard getting ready to compete at the Emerald Cup. I compete in the figure division and this will be my first competition since I turned 50 years young. I’ve been working months stoning my suit and I am very excited to wear it at the show. Training has always been the easy part, but nutrition is another story. I’m pretty good during the week but those weekends can be a killer. That’s where I’ve learned that winners are made on the weekend. I know if I want to be competitive on stage I need to be spot on with my nutrition on the weekend.
