I believe that a beautiful body presented with taste and grace is one of nature's greatest wonders. I will to teach you to
present your image in a manner that portrays the beauty that you have created, both
physical and spiritual. I will also train you, tone you, and encourage you to reach your figure goals.

Figure Coaching Packages are designed to take you step-by-step in your journey to compete on stage. I will teach you all the tricks-of-the-trade and guide, support, encourage, and motivate you every step of the way. This journey should be enjoyable and rewarding, taking you to the level of accomplishment you haven't experienced before. This journey is very unique and many may find it too much of a challenge, emotionally, physically and spiritually - it will test you on all levels. If your passion lies deeper than the average fitness athlete and you are looking for personal growth with challenge, this is what you are looking for.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY For all services including personal training, online training, workshops, figure posing and coaching there are no refunds. In special circumstances your program can be placed on hold to be completed later, however, all on-hold sessions must be completed within one year of the date of purchase. To reschedule any appointment, I must be notified by you at least 24 hours prior to the appointment; otherwise, the session will be charged.
