Dear Athlete,
It's that time of year when competitors are preparing for upcoming NPC and NGA competitions. Don't miss this opportunity to learn how to present yourself and your physique professionally. Stage presentation and the manner in which you walk the stage are both scored by the judges. This event will teach you all aspects you need for your upcoming show. This is for all new competitors as well as the experienced competitor needing to brush up on your presentation.

Figure Posing Workshop
This workshop will be a dynamic 2 hour workshop teaching techniques necessary to compete on stage for figure competitors. You will be instructed on walking the stage, mandatory turns, poise and presentation. You will become more confident presenting yourself and your physique on stage. Come and get inspired and meet other figure competitors that have the same aspirations as you.
I will have available 3 competition suits for rent and MaryJane Snyder of MJ's Atomic Designs will be there if you would like her to design a suit for you.
