Preparing to compete is surely a huge commitment, but the self accomplishment received from the dedication and perseverance outweighs pretty much anything you did to get there. All of the time spent training, posing, preparing all those meals, and then sticking to the diet is only for the strong at heart. Congratulations to all these women who stuck in there through thick and thin. It was a pleasure to see them on stage, enjoying themselves, after they worked so hard to get there. Good luck to the many competitors that are competing out of state at the national level. Keep your thoughts and spirits positive - hold the negative.

Dear Athlete,

The 2009 NPC Nutrimart Classic Bodybuilding, Figure & Bikini Championships was nothing short of spectacular. The competitors were in phenomenal shape, plus we were very fortunate to have 2009 Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler and 2009 runner up Ms. Olympia Heather Armbrust as our guest posers. There were close to 90 competitors' total, a record for NPC to date. Congratulations to everyone who stepped on stage.

Bikini Competitor Finals

The bikini division has been a nice addition to the NPC circuit and has certainly encouraged some beautiful women to present themselves. These are some of the special women at the NPC Utah Nutrimart show with whom I have had the pleasure to work with.

2009 NGA Utah Northern States

I was unable to attend the 2009 NGA Northern States Bodybuilding and Figure Championships on 9-26-2009. The 2009 Olympia in Las Vegas, NV was held the same weekend and I couldn't pass up my first opportunity to see the big show. I would like to congratulate my clients, Amara Bray for taking 1st in figure master's & 2nd in figure short and Jill Nix for taking 3rd in figure master's. This was Amara's first show and I was so happy that all her hard work with posing, nutrition and training paid off. Amara was very thrilled and shocked to have placed so well on her first show. Hopefully, we will see her again in upcoming shows.
